The increasing severity of van crime has driven the need to have more intelligent security systems to keep vans secure. Locks 4 Vans has once again disrupted the market with a solution that integrates both traditional locking solutions with a dedicated Van Alarm System to create the ultimate level of van protection on the market.
Whilst the vehicle alarms market is very mature in the UK, it was apparent that for decades commercial vans have been fitted with traditional car alarms that are not designed to accommodate the complexities of different business uses in the load space. With the growth in the commercial vehicle sector and the corresponding surge in van crime, there is an increasing demand for a Van Alarm System that can be adapted to the customers’ needs and specifically tailored to the van make and model.
Locks 4 Vans has listened to Fleet and Retail customers, along with alarm Installers, to address all the Van Alarm requirements - from installation right through to product features. Following a year in development, we launched the L4V Van Alarm at the Commercial Vehicle Show in April 2023, and the industry response has been overwhelming with launch expectations being far exceeded.
