Lines are open between 7am and 10:45pm, 7 days a week. Callouts will be booked Monday-Friday, with limited availability on Saturday.

FAQ's

Do I need to be an AA member?
No, if you have a Locks 4 Vans product then you automatically qualify for this service. One of the perks of being our customer!
How much does this cost?
This is a chargeable service and the call out fee is £100 + vat (plus any parts required)
Is it nationwide?
Most of the UK is covered for this service. The coverage in some areas of the UK however is better than others. In remote areas, there may be a delay in getting a technician out to you, but your call handler will talk you through this when you phone us.
Will my van be damaged in the process?
We have a variety of ways to try getting you back into your van, and always start with the least invasive. If you have your key card number, then we will be able to cut you a new key at the roadside. Without this, we will replace your lock cylinder.
